A bit of cinnamon and vanilla add smooth notes and compliment the coconut milk, to this twist on a traditional green smoothie.

 Swiss Chard (no stems) or Spinach
 1 Banana
 ½ cup Avocado
 ¼ cup Basil or Mint
 ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
 ¼ tsp Cinnamon

Whizz it all up in a blender and enjoy. You may need to add a bit of water to loosen things up.
