This was the first piece I did for my first show with TAM. She represents the transient nature of life, death, birth, and travel. I tried to use native Australian Flora and Fauna to add another layer of meaning; I’m an American Ex-Patriate and became a dual citizen after the 2016 US election.
We bloom where we are planted if we can dig out roots deeply enough.
